A.
Smart Art
B.
Mail Merge
C.
Hyphenation
D.
Cross-references

Solution:

Microsoft Word or MS Word (often called Word) is a graphical word processing program that users can type with. It is made by the computer company Microsoft. Its purpose is to allow users to type and save documents. Mail merge is a tool that allows you to create form letters, mailing labels, and envelopes by linking the main document to a data source. It is the process of combining a list of data with a template. Additional InformationHyphenation in MS Word is used to break the last word of any line beyond the edge of the document and correct it by distributing equally to the current line and its bottom line. Doing so will give clear and uniform spacing for the text of the document beautifully. A cross-reference allows you to link to other parts of the same document. For example, you might use a cross-reference to link to a chart or graphic that appears elsewhere in the document. The cross-reference appears as a link that takes the reader to the referenced item. Therefore, based on the above definitions John would use mail merge to send invitations to all his friends.
