Environmental Education is the study of the environment in the context of earth and living things. It is more concerned with the scientific attitude to explore, investigate, and develop an understanding of our natural, human, social, and cultural dimensions of local and wider environments.It includes the study of the relationship of humans with other aspects affecting their life. It also studies how humans can contribute positively to bring the desired changes in our environment.The teaching method is a way to put theory into practice. It generally describes the pedagogy of children, general principles, and management strategies that are to be used through the whole teaching-learning process. ?Teaching methods of Environment Education:Observation methodThis method is mainly used to observe the details of child's behavior, surroundings, experiment, etc.It is used to observe the environment and our other surroundings so that further research and analysis can be made.It is useful to make a detailed analysis of the given content or topic which helps to draw a conclusion.Analysis methodIt starts with "what we have to find out, and traces the connection between it and the data". The separation of different parts of the problem is known as the analysis.This method is basically to discover the parts which are based on the heuristic approach.In this method, we proceed from "unknown to known".ConclusionIt is used in summarizing, rephrasing, and restating the pre-determined facts or the previous knowledge of students.The students do their own experiments and research with a scientific approach to discover the solution and to conclude the information and knowledge.The students generally analyze, compare, and evaluate all the facts and principles to reach a conclusion.HintPresumption:It used to make a hypothesis that is influenced by the attitude and perspective of the learner.It does not give the proper result and the presumptions are made and further investigated and experimented to check the reliability of presumptions.So, this process of making presumptions does not lead us to the proper ground as these are only beliefs that are needed to be checked with proper scientific methods.Hence, it could be concluded that the presumption is not a method of Environmental Education.
