A leader can be defined as someone who can guide students through the learning process in such a way that they can grasp and apply the knowledge they have gained with the help of a teacher.Child-centered learning- It refers to the instructional strategy that shifts the focus of instruction from the teacher to the student.In a classroom, the students should be able to participate in decision-making individually and collectively. Involving children in decision-making in classrooms will help give children the opportunity to think and make the decision about the issues, learn new skills and have fun in developing a closer connection to their community.It can motivate children to think through their choices and understand the important things to consider when making decisions.Hence, we conclude that the teacher should form small groups and ask them to select leaders.
