The correct answer is Khan Abdul Gaffar Khan. The Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan formed a clan of non-violent revolutionaries called Khudai Khidmatgars known as Red Shirts. The Khuda Khidmatgar was a non-violent movement led by Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan, a Pashtun freedom fighter in the North-West Frontier Province. The members of Khudai Khidmatgar were organized and men wore bright red shirts as uniforms whereas women wore black garments. The Khudai Khidmatgar was against the partition and creation of the independent nation of Pakistan. Abdul Ghaffar Khan (1890-1988) was a follower of Mahatma Gandhiji and was called the Frontier Gandhi. The Ghaffar Khan entered politics in 1919 during the agitation over the Rowlatt Act (Allows confinement of political dissidents without trial). In 1920 he joined the Khilafat Movement and in 1921 he was elected president of a district khilafat committee in his native North-West Frontier Province. In 1987 he was awarded Bharat Ratna (the highest civilian award of India). Abdul Ghaffar Khan was the first Foreigner to receive Bharat Ratna. Image of Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan:
