Given below are two statements:Statement I : A copy of the email is sent to a Cc (Carbon copy) address and other recipients can see that address.Statement II : A copy of the email is sent to a Bcc (Blind carbon copy) address but other recipients cannot see that address. In the light of the above statements, choose the correct answer from the options given below :
Electronic mail (email or e-mail) is a method of exchanging messages ("mail") between people using electronic devices. ?Statement I: A copy of the email is sent to a Cc (Carbon copy) address and other recipients can see that address. CC simply stands for the familiar term €œcarbon copy. € In the context of email, a CC email is a copy sent to an individual other than the main recipient. The CC field allows you to send a copy of the email to any recipient of your choice. In most cases, the CC field is used to keep someone in the loop, or to share the same email with them. Thus the statement I is true. Statement II: A copy of the email is sent to a Bcc (Blind carbon copy) address but other recipients cannot see that address. BCC stands for €œblind carbon copy,€ which can be used to send an email to a recipient without the other recipients being able to see it. BCC allows you to hide recipients in email messages. Addresses in the To: field and the CC: (carbon copy) field appear in messages, but users cannot see the addresses of anyone you included in the BCC: field. Thus this statement II is true. Hence we can conclude that both statement I and statement II are correct.
