SBI conducts the SBI Clerk Exam annually to recruit candidates for the post of Junior Associates (Customer Support and Sales) in its different branches of SBI across the country. SBI Clerk is one of the most sought-after bank exams today and a huge number of candidates appear for the same every year. This year, State Bank of India has announced the recruitment of banking aspirants for 5486 posts of Junior Associates (Clerks).
The SBI Clerk Prelims Exams 2022 are being conducted from July 10-13, 2022. There are going to be 4 shifts in each day, making a total of 16 shifts. The duration of the exam is 1 hour and there are 3 sections in the exam- English Language, Reasoning Ability, and Quantitative Aptitude.

The question paper carried a total of 190 questions. The total marks allotted to the test were 200. The duration of the test was 2 hours 40 minutes. SBI Clerk prelims exam was easy to moderate. The English Language section was easy. The Numerical and Reasoning Ability sections were moderate. The test paper of SBI Clerk comprised three sections, English Language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability. This section had 30 questions from Reading Comprehension, Cloze Test, Phrase Replacement, Error Detection, Fill in the Blanks, Word-Rearrangement. The passage of the RC was based on humanism and feminism.
The Numerical Ability questions were moderate. Total 10 questions were asked from Data Interpretation.
