SBI conducts the SBI Clerk Exam annually to recruit candidates for the post of Junior Associates (Customer Support and Sales) in its different branches of SBI across the country. SBI Clerk is one of the most sought-after bank exams today and a huge number of candidates appear for the same every year. This year, State Bank of India has announced the recruitment of banking aspirants for 5486 posts of Junior Associates (Clerks).
State Bank of India (SBI) is expected to announce SBI Clerk prelims result 2022 in December 2022. SBI Clerk mains result 2022 is expected to be declared in January 2023. SBI Clerk result will be announced on the official website-sbi.co.in. However, the direct link to check SBI Clerk result will be provided on this page once it is announced. SBI Clerk prelims result can be accessed through login by entering registration number/registration number, password, and captcha code. SBI Clerk mains result is made available in PDF form and it displays the roll numbers of qualified candidates. The final selection of candidates for the Junior Associate (Customer Support and Sales) post is done based on their performance in the mains exam subject to them qualifying the local language test.
SBI Clerk scorecard can be downloaded by logging with registration number or roll number and date of birth. The hard copy of the scorecard is not sent to candidates by post. The scorecard displays the following details.

2. Go to the ‘Career’ page.
3. From the 'Join SBI' tab, go to the 'Current Opening' section
4. Click on the advertisement link 'Junior Associate Recruitment (Customer Support and Sales)'
5. From the dropdown, select 'Preliminary Exam or Mains Exam' Results.
6. Enter registration number and password
7. The result status is displayed on the screen.
8. Check the details in the result and download it.
9. Check the status of the result and take a printout.
The SBI Clerk exam is conducted in multiple shifts and hence, the difficulty level of the exams varies according to the shifts. The normalisation method is followed for adjusting the difficulty level of question papers across several sessions. The marks of the aspirants are normalised by implementing the equi-percentile process. The final result will be announced as per the normalised marks.
The details regarding the SBI Clerk waitlist are highlighted in the following:
• SBI maintains a waitlist of up to 50% of the vacancies both category-wise and state-wise.
• The aspirants will be offered an appointment from the waitlist on a quarterly basis if anyone will not reassign or join.
• The waitlist is valid for one-year period from the date of declaration of the SBI Clerk final result.
• Only the aspirants, who will qualify for the minimum cutoff score in the mains exam, will be selected from the waitlist.
If two or more candidates will get a similar score, then the tie will be broken in the following manner:
• The aspirants, who are belonging to the reserved categories like SC/ST/PH, are considered.
• If the tie still persists, then the aspirants will have fewer answers in all subjects that will be considered.
• If the tie still persists, then the aspirants with older age will be considered.
